Thanksgiving
When I was a kid the perfect Thanksgiving involved playing football for several hours, watching it for a few more, having the big meal and finishing the evening with a movie. I'm sure I'd prefer that to what I have on tap for tomorrow. At least I don't have to travel, I feel for those of you who are in airports or on highways right now.
I'll go to the gym tonight in a Thanksgiving preemptive strike.
This is a boring day to be in the office, not much happening here.
Don't you hate it when you go to a big box retailer and the kid who asks if you need help must first be trained by you?
bb kid 'need any help bro?
me "uh as a matter of fact I do, I don't see the office specials on DVD"
bb kid "specials office let's see" (not sounding like he knows what I'm talking about at all)
Me "I see where you have season 1, season 2 AND season 1 & 2 which has the specials on it, but there is supposed to be one that has ONLY the specials on it"
bb "don't see that one listed, but I'm pretty sure I know what you mean I've seen it"
Me "ok thanks anyway"
And so the fall of brick and mortar continues...
